Went to gym today but still warming up. Hurt my shoulder

I need another week of warm up.  I kinda hurt my shoulder last thinking I was a hero.  So I just want to take it easy.  It is getting better so this is the correct move.

Keep you posted.  But I am still the same weight, 162.   I’ll let you know when the clock starts.

How’s it been going so far? I’ve been at the gym for about 3 weeks now. I’m up 7 pounds which is pretty exciting. I’ve been doing this German Volume Training thing I found online (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/luis13.htm). Except for the legs day, I’m following the prescribed 10 sets of 10 reps. Most people tell me it won’t work but I figure at my beginner level, just about anything will work. I’ve worked out on and off for 15 years but could never call myself more than intermediate.
That and I’ve been eating a lot. Since I’m 35 I have to be careful with my love-handles coming back. I’m at about 3100 calories a day and though it seems to work overall, I’m afraid it might be too much too fast. I try to keep fat intake to 15% or less of total calories but I suspect if I’m overeating too much, my body doesn’t care. Oh well, I’ll slow down if I hit my first goal of 175.

Awesome Drew. Keep it going. How many more pounds till your goal of 175?

Well, I’ve a hit a plateau at 167lbs so 8 to go but after next week I’ll be able to devote more time to this so I hope to start picking it up again.
    Thanks for the encouragement!

Go for it you guys! My weight objective is to redistribute the weight I have. So far I’m getting fitter and stronger, so I’m happy. I just turned 48.

  5. hey saw your video on youtube about gaining tips. Right on! I went from 125 to 255. I am now down to 176 now though after some life changes. God bless
