The only thing I might add to your list is: not getting enough sleep. I’m always screwing around on the computer until too late or whatever and rarely get a lot of consecutive hours of sleep which I understand is essential for recovery.
But I definitely agree that the weekly food prep is number 1. That’s what killed my diet last month.
